What to expect

Your first visit, step by step

1. A comprehensive assessment

A thorough, gentle examination of your teeth and gums. We check for decay, wear, gum health, and bite alignment.

2. Digital x-rays if needed

Modern low-dose digital x-rays give us a clear picture of what's happening below the surface, quickly and comfortably.

3. A plain-English treatment plan

We walk you through what we found, what your options are, and what each one costs — in your first language where we can.

4. Paced to suit you

You choose what happens next. We prioritise what's urgent, plan the rest around your schedule and budget, and never push you into decisions.

Payment & rebates

Payment options

HICAPS — we're HICAPS-enabled and process your private health fund rebate on the spot. Bring your health fund card and we'll handle the claim at the front desk.

CDBS (Child Dental Benefits Schedule) — eligible children under 18 can receive up to $1,132 over two calendar years for basic dental services, bulk-billed with us.

DVA — we welcome Department of Veterans' Affairs card holders.

NSW Health vouchers — accepted where applicable.

If you'd like to discuss a payment plan or staggered treatment to fit your budget, just ask — we'll always try to find a way that works for you.

Accessibility

Easy to visit

Our practice is on Fifteenth Avenue with convenient street-level parking directly outside, ground-floor access, and a waiting area that's comfortable for children, elderly patients, and wheelchair users.

If you have specific accessibility needs, give us a call before your appointment and we'll make sure everything's ready when you arrive.

Do I need a referral?

No — you can book directly with us. If you need specialist care we'll coordinate it with you.

What languages do you speak?

Our team covers English, Vietnamese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Teochew, Arabic and Hindi. Let us know your preference when you book.

I haven't been to the dentist in years. Will you judge me?

Never. We see it all, and we understand life, cost, and nerves can get in the way. Come in and we'll take it at your pace.
